Shramik Sansarlai Ek Garau!
Nationalising the Labour, Labourising the Industries, Industrialising the Nation
Established in 2080 B.S., Rastriya Shramik Mahasangh Nepal, originally founded as Rastriya Krishi Shramik Sangh Nepal in 2068 B.S., is the only independent organization dedicated to safeguarding the rights and interests of the working class and uplifting their living standards for overall national development.
Our organization comprises 11 unions and 2 industrial units, with provincial committees and district committees in all provinces of Nepal. We are committed to the industrialization of the nation, labor-oriented industries, and the nationalization of workers.
We stand firmly for protecting Nepal's soil, rich diversity, mesmerizing cultural heritage, and national identity, operating free from the influence of government, business owners, political parties, foreign ideologies, or personal leadership ambitions.
The three pillars that guide our vision for a prosperous Nepal
Uniting workers across all sectors to build collective strength
Ensuring worker-centric policies for fair and safe workplaces
Building self-reliance and sustainable prosperity for all
